The Petersen Group is owned and operated by professionals who hold Certified Public Accountant (“CPA”) and/or Certified Fraud Examiner (“CFE”) licenses as well as by professionals who are not licensed CPAs or CFEs. Depending on the nature of the services The Petersen Group provides, non-CPA owners and professionals may be involved in the provision of services. Although The Petersen Group employs CPAs, it is not a licensed CPA firm in any state and does not perform audit or attestation services. In addition, The Petersen Group is not engaged in the practice of law in any state.

Severability
